Madam Lucy Adade is a visionary leader and passionate advocate with over two decades of transformative experience in the non-governmental organization (NGO) sector. Her life's work is deeply rooted in improving the lives of marginalized populations, especially women and children, by championing locally driven initiatives that promote sustainable change.

As the Founder and Executive Director of Rural Aid Alliance Foundation (RAAF), Madam Adade provides strategic leadership and direction, ensuring the organization delivers impactful programs that foster resilience, equity, and social inclusion. Her efforts have catalyzed behavioral change among youth and key populations, addressing critical issues such as public health, education, and sustainable livelihoods.

Madam Adade has extensive experience in community-based public health initiatives, particularly in sexual and reproductive health, HIV prevention, and STI management. She has trained youth peer educators, equipping them with life skills and advocacy tools to promote health and awareness in their communities.

As Vice President of the Ghana Coalition of NGOs in Health and the Ghana HIV/AIDS Network, Madam Adade was pivotal in monitoring the activities of local NGOs in the Western Region and enhancing their operational effectiveness. Her leadership has inspired partnerships and driven innovative interventions that uplift vulnerable populations and promote thriving communities built on equity and opportunity.
